Caroline Gaffney
Vice President and Chief of Staff to CEO
Caroline Gaffney is Vice President, and the Chief of Staff to LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky. In her current role, she is responsible for driving cross functional strategic growth across LinkedIn. Previously at LinkedIn, Caroline was Vice President, Product Management where she served as chief of staff for the product organization and she led teams responsible for building content, learning, and growth products across the LinkedIn ecosystem.
Prior to LinkedIn, Caroline led the growth product team at Instagram. She has also worked in product management and business strategy roles at Decorati (acquired by Gilt Groupe), Banana Republic, McKinsey & Company and eBay. Caroline is a board member of 360Learning and holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
