Nina McQueen

Nina McQueen is the interim head of the LinkedIn Global Talent Organization, where she leads the teams responsible for hiring, developing, and rewarding top talent. She joined the company in 2013 to lead global benefits, mobility, and employee experience. She has spearheaded the addition of belonging as an integral part of our diversity and inclusion efforts (DIBs), as well as early adoption of paid family care leave, surrogacy, subsidized child care, and survivor support benefits at LinkedIn.
Nina is a seasoned HR professional with more than three decades of experience. Prior to joining LinkedIn, Nina was the director of global benefits at Facebook through the company’s 2012 IPO. Before Facebook, Nina spent seven years at Yahoo! leading global benefits, HR operations, global mobility, and immigration. She’s held similar roles at Gap, Inc., Agilent Technologies, and Coherent, Inc.
