Erran Berger
Vice President of Product Engineering
Erran Berger is the Vice President of Product Engineering at LinkedIn, responsible for building, scaling and protecting LinkedIn’s platform that serves the world’s largest network of over 1 billion professionals. In his role, Erran sits on the executive leadership team at LinkedIn and leads a global team of engineers who build and maintain LinkedIn’s product portfolio - spanning consumer, Premium, trust, enterprise recruiter, learning, digital advertising and sales products. Since joining LinkedIn in 2009, Erran has held a variety of engineering leadership positions, building the experiences and platforms that power LinkedIn’s applications and playing a pivotal role in the global growth of the business.
Erran is a leader that is able to define the business strategy for LinkedIn’s product technology priorities, as well as simultaneously dive into the details to problem solve and move with agility in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. He also currently sits on the board of JVS and holds a BS in Computer Engineering from The University of California, San Diego.
