LinkedIn Gives Professionals the Edge with Verified Skills and Tools to Navigate the Job Search
Show Proficiency of AI Tools such as Descript, Lovable, Relay.app, and Replit on Your LinkedIn Profile
Today, LinkedIn is rolling out updates that help members validate their AI proficiency skills, as well as new ways to manage their job search while unlocking the value of their network.
Showcase real proficiency with verified skills
The rules of work are changing. AI proficiency is the top in-demand skill, prompting professionals to rapidly expand their skill wheelhouse in order to stand out. New LinkedIn data on workforce attitudes toward AI shows U.S. employees are now over twice as likely to use AI products for their job on a daily or weekly basis compared to just 18 months ago. It’s clear: A skills-first approach is shifting the labor market. Employers aren’t just asking what degree you have; they want to know what you can actually do.
Starting today, LinkedIn is teaming up with leading AI innovators like Descript, Lovable, Relay.app, and Replit to make it easier for professionals to show their verified proficiency with top AI tools, directly on their LinkedIn Profile. These partners will validate your knowledge of their AI tools based on real usage patterns, product outcomes, or demonstrated proficiency within the tool, not assumptions or tests.
Additional partners, including Gamma, GitHub, and Zapier, will be available in the coming months. This is available globally in English.
Here’s how it works: The companies who build these tools will use AI to assess your proficiency based on your usage of their product. These partner companies will then create a certificate that you can choose to share on your LinkedIn profile, adding a trusted signal to help employers, collaborators and your network quickly see you have the verified skills they’re looking for and what you can deliver.

All your job prospects and your network now in one place
LinkedIn is rolling out a new job tracker, a centralized workspace that doesn’t just organize your job search – it unlocks the power of your connections.
Instead of juggling spreadsheets and scattered tabs, it brings everything together so you can track opportunities, capture notes, and immediately see who in your network can help you get there. It gives you clarity and confidence by showing you whom you can reach out to, and what steps to take next – all in one place.

AI-powered job search expands to more languages to help job seekers explore what’s possible
LinkedIn’s AI-powered job search, which lets members search for jobs in conversational language, is rolling out globally in English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
In the past, searching for jobs was a frustrating experience that required working with a set of keywords and a restricted set of filters. With AI-powered job search, you can search for jobs with a system that understands them - and better understands the jobs that are out there - then surfacing jobs you might never have thought to look for.
More people are discovering new possibilities for roles, with more than 25 million searches per week in English.
As professionals experience a rapidly changing labor market, LinkedIn’s latest updates reflect its mission to help every job seeker show up with confidence, credibility, and the support they need. For actionable advice and guidance on your job search, head to linkedin.com/jobsearchguide.
