LinkedIn Business Highlights from Microsoft’s Q4 FY25 Earnings

Today, Microsoft announced Q4 FY25 Earnings. Included in the report on the financial performance were the following LinkedIn highlights:

  • LinkedIn is home to 1.2 billion members, and we have now seen four consecutive years of double-digit member growth.

  • All up, comments on LinkedIn rose over 30% and video uploads increased over 20% this year. Company revenue also increased 9% year-over-year (8% in constant currency) in Q4. 

  • We continue to bring AI to every part of the LinkedIn experience, introducing agents across our hiring and sales businesses. 

  • LinkedIn Hiring Assistant is helping recruiters quickly identify the best-fit candidates. On average, they review 60% fewer profiles and can save nearly 30% of the time it takes to fill a role—so top talent gets discovered faster. And our new AI-powered job search is already being used by about one million members daily.
