Introducing our values-based job filter and LinkedIn Top Companies

As today’s professionals navigate the ever-evolving job market—where change feels constant —we’re witnessing strong trends emerge around how people are deciding, approaching and prioritizing what matters most at work. In line with this, today we’re releasing a new search filter to make it easier for job seekers to discover open job opportunities that align with their values, including diversity, equity and inclusion, work-life balance, career growth and learning, social impact and environmental sustainability.

Values are increasingly important to those looking to make a career move and we’re seeing those jobs with values included attract up to 3x more views. New LinkedIn research also shows that  misaligned values with a company is a deal breaker for more than two-thirds of Americans and 87 percent also say working for a company that demonstrates a commitment to the culture and values they believe in is important.

Additionally, we just released Top Companies list can help professionals identify the top workplaces to grow their careers. Top Companies highlights the best places for long-term careers, featuring companies that offer growth and learning opportunities, equity in the workplace, and strong company culture, which is of growing importance for job seekers.
