The State of LGBTQ+ Workforce 2022
Showing support for the LGBTQ+ workforce year-round is more important than ever as more of the U.S. population identifies as a member of the LGBTQ+ and at a time of increased violence against transgender people and discrimination with nearly 240 anti-LGBTQ bills filed in 2022 alone.
This Pride Month, LinkedIn will shine a spotlight on the current experiences of LGBTQ+ firstline & corporate workers and how employers can create a welcoming, inclusive environment for the LGBTQ+ community year-round.
Through an in-depth analysis via a research study, we were able to shed light on how employers and colleagues can support LGBTQ+ professionals in both corporate and first-line settings.
Methodology: YouGov conducted research on behalf of LinkedIn, online, between May 20-29, 2022 among 1086 LGBTQ+ professionals, ages 18-69, in the U.S.
