Acquisition of EduBrite to further our skills-first vision

Today, we announced that we have entered into an agreement to acquire EduBrite, a platform that specializes in creating, hosting and deploying professional certificates.

By integrating EduBrite’s rigorous certification assessment engine into our LinkedIn Learning platform, we will be able to better test and verify the skills people have to help them grow in their careers and enable them to earn trusted credentials from organizations that they can then showcase on their LinkedIn profile. This will help us further deliver on our vision to create a skills-first approach to hiring and learning. 

Following the closing of the transaction, some members of the EduBrite team, including CEO Ajay Upadhyaya and Co-founder Manish Gupta will join LinkedIn.
