Our Global Flexible Work Policy
As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 globally, protecting our workforce remains the number one guiding principle driving all of our return to office decisions.
Today we’re updating our return to office guidance, extending the ability for the majority of our workforce to work from home until July 12, 2021. We’re also updating our Global Flexible Work Policy, in alignment with Microsoft’s updated policy, to facilitate open conversations between managers and employees and help employees plan ahead for the future. This new policy makes working from home less than 50% standard for most roles and focuses on work site needs, work location guidance and flexibility with work hours.
We will continue to evolve this guidance and our policies over time.
