LinkedIn Learning and Glint integration to help managers better connect with employees

As people continue to adapt to the new rhythm of work and today’s environment, managers will play an even bigger role in employee success. That’s why today we are announcing LinkedIn Learning for Glint. The new integration will embed over 100 expert-curated LinkedIn Learning videos directly into Glint’s action taking capabilities to help managers learn specific skills, and take action on team feedback more effectively.

Just like their employees, managers are also adapting to unprecedented times and need new skills to lead effectively. Based on recent data from LinkedIn Learning, managers have increased the time they spend watching online courses by 105% since the global pandemic began. By providing access to personalized learning directly in the flow of everyday work, HR leaders can give managers the tools they need to better support their teams and keep them engaged. Managers can easily learn new skills with LinkedIn Learning videos such as leading inclusive teams, prioritizing effectively as a leader, and providing purpose.

With LinkedIn Learning for Glint, HR leaders will be able to provide:

  • The right content: Personalized action areas and curated LinkedIn Learning videos are tailored to an individual’s survey results.
  • At the right time: LinkedIn Learning content shows up as managers are taking action to guide them when they’re most receptive to learning more.
  • In the right format: Bite-sized, highly-engaging videos allow managers to quickly learn new skills and put them into practice.
LinkedIn Learning for Glint provides personalized and highly relevant video content when managers are most receptive to learning and improving.

The integration comes after the launch of Glint’s recently announced Collaborative Action capabilities. These new features empower managers to work with their teams to act on feedback and encourage conversations about action-taking opportunities in the team’s regular workflow, giving every member of your workforce a sense of ownership over the team’s culture. By building transparency, collaboration, and accountability into the action-taking process, these new capabilities help managers and their teams take action on feedback more effectively and sustainably.

This LinkedIn Learning for Glint integration will be available to all Glint customers at no additional charge, regardless of whether they have a LinkedIn Learning enterprise license. Learn more about the new integration on the Glint blog.
