LinkedIn's 2017 U.S. Emerging Jobs Report

It’s no secret that the job landscape over the past five years has changed, so today we published the 2017 Emerging Jobs Report with insights into the up-and-coming roles in the U.S. job market and the skills it takes to land them.

Topping the list of emerging jobs are several roles related to machine learning and data science, two trends that have been prevalent across industries over the last couple years. However, customer service and brand-related roles also made a heavy showing.

One other trend that remains strong: soft skills are a necessary part of all jobs, from engineers to marketing managers.
