LinkedIn Names Steve Sordello as Chief Financial Officer
Mountain View, CA — June 26, 2007 — LinkedIn Corporation, the world’s largest and most effective professional network, today announced that Steve Sordello has been named Chief Financial Officer. Steve was most recently CFO for Tivo Inc., the creator and leader in television services for digital recorders.

While CFO at Tivo, Sordello helped the company achieve its first ever quarter of profitability. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Ask Jeeves until 2005, leading the company through a transition from unprofitable back to a profitable, high-margin company. During his tenure at Ask Jeeves, revenues and earnings grew significantly, and the company’s market value increased from under $40 million to over $2 billion when the company was acquired by IAC/Interactive Corporation in 2005.
Steve’s career also includes working in senior finance roles at Adobe Systems and Syntex Corporation.
