Raghu Hiremagalur is the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Infrastructure at LinkedIn. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s global infrastructure organization, developer productivity and overseeing the technology strategy behind the products and platform that serves the world’s largest network of over 1.3 billion professionals.
In his previous role, Raghu was responsible for infrastructure, driving large‑scale platform innovation, advancing AI‑driven products, and fostering a strong, inclusive engineering culture focused on impact and operational excellence. Raghu has deep experience across consumer and enterprise technology, having previously served as a Chief Technology Officer at Zynga and held senior engineering leadership roles at PayPal. Over the course of his career, he has been recognized for delivering meaningful business impact through product innovation, operational rigor, and talent development at scale.
Raghu earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bangalore University.
