Vice President and Chief of Staff to CEO
Archana Sekhar is Vice President and the Chief of Staff to LinkedIn CEO Dan Shapero. In her current role, she partners with the CEO and executive team on strategy, prioritization, and organizational alignment to drive business growth. Since joining LinkedIn in 2013, she has held business operations leadership roles where she was responsible for strategy and performance management across the company’s talent, marketing and sales solutions businesses. Most recently, she was Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to LinkedIn, Archana was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where she advised clients on strategy, marketing, sales, and organizational design. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
