LinkedIn continued to see strong growth across the platform in Q4. Revenue increased 12% year over year, contributing to full-year revenue of $19.8 billion, while global membership grew at a double-digit rate for the fifth consecutive year.

 

Professionals are increasingly coming to LinkedIn to learn, connect, and navigate a rapidly changing world of work. Time spent on content grew 10% year over year, knowledge-oriented posts increased 24%, and time spent reading comments rose 18%, reflecting growing engagement with professional knowledge and conversation.

 

Across the business, we saw continued momentum. LinkedIn Marketing Solutions revenue grew 16% year over year, marking a seventh consecutive quarter of double-digit growth, while Premium also continued to grow at a double-digit rate.

 

AI continues to drive results for customers. Recruiters at more than 20,000 companies are now using LinkedIn's AI-powered hiring solutions to reduce time to hire and improve candidate matching, with seats across our enterprise AI-powered hiring products increasing 140% quarter over quarter.
