  • LinkedIn has introduced products to help small businesses and founders stand out, earn money and hire great talent, including a new way to get paid for your services directly from  your profile.

Today, LinkedIn released new data revealing a surge in entrepreneurship, with founder growth in the U.S. up ~70% year-over-year and 69% saying entrepreneurship is more accessible than ever before.

But starting a business is only the beginning. Scaling it brings a new set of challenges, as founders juggle everything from building a brand to finding and hiring the right talent. To help, we’ve built a number of solutions to remove barriers and empower small businesses to grow.

Stand out, get discovered, and get paid

With Premium Business and more advanced plans, you can move from a resume-focused to founder-led profile that tells your unique story. You can use Dynamic Cover Images and Custom Buttons to turn your profile into an always-on business card, and now you can share your knowledge and get paid with Advice Sessions.

This new feature lets you offer paid 1‑on-1 consultations directly from your LinkedIn profile. You can manage bookings, secure payments, and host video consultations all in one place. For consultants, coaches, and creators, it removes friction right where clients discover you and helps you get paid for what you already know. It will be rolling out to Premium Business subscribers in the U.S. this month.

Track and learn from competitors

For those with distinct company brands, Premium Company Page is a powerful tool to help you stand out and build credibility, with subscribers seeing 7.5x more Page engagement on average. And now, Premium subscribers can go even deeper with Competitor Analytics, tracking up to nine companies to compare follower growth and content engagement and learn what resonates.

Drive early growth with Premium All-in-One

We are continuing to bring new value to our newly released Premium All-in-One, our first-ever solution helping small business leaders find customers, market their services, and hire talent in a single, trusted platform. Subscribers are already gaining more visibility on LinkedIn, including a 57% rise in followers and a 40% lift in profile views. Alongside daily prospect suggestions to help you find the right clients, we’ll surface top prospect posts so you can join trending conversations your target audience is already part of.

And now, we’re expanding how you can reach the right audience by rolling out the ability to boost your posts from mobile. Whether you’re commuting, traveling, or between meetings, you can act on opportunities as they arise, in just a few taps.

Hire right the first time with LinkedIn Hiring Pro

We’re expanding Hiring Pro with a new chat experience inside Applicant Evaluation, giving small businesses a faster, more natural way to collaborate. You can now use plain language to refine qualifications, share feedback, and stay aligned, without the extra manual work. But hiring in a small team isn’t just about efficiency, it’s about getting a trusted second opinion early on. That 'gut-check' moment allows you to bring your teammates into Hiring Pro to review and shortlist together, making it even easier to stay organized and feel confident in your hiring decision.

This builds on Hiring Pro’s core strength to help small businesses  find qualified candidates, screen applicants, and manage the hiring workflow with AI, all while saving time.
